Eric and Kim tried to make their house function for their family, but after renovation costs soared, they started looking for alternatives. They moved their master bedroom to the attic, and now, they can’t take it anymore. Realtor David and designer Hilary come to help. David searches for the family a home with enough bedrooms for everyone, while Hilary works to open up space within their house.
